Villa GiardinoLago is a very special gem, perched between Gravedona and Domaso directly on the lake. Built at the beginning of the 19th century, it is surrounded by a beautiful park with deciduous trees, conifers, palm trees, and other Mediterranean plants. The garden park is lined with high natural stone walls that create a private atmosphere.
Enjoy the wonderful view from the large sun terrace across the lake and far to the south. Various relaxation areas are available by the pool, in the park, and on the elevated viewing terrace facing the lake: deck chairs in the sun and shade, high-quality seating areas, and dining tables with lake views.
Your vacation apartment has a beautiful furnished outdoor area, which is accessible via the garden terrace. Enjoy relaxing evenings with a view of the sea of lights over the lake. Above the property runs the lakeside road, separated by a park wall, which connects the picturesque towns of Domaso and Gravedona.

The modern and high-quality furnished vacation apartment impresses with its bright, friendly colors and airy atmosphere. A modern kitchen-diner with an elegant sofa and dining area invites you to relax and unwind. Light-colored tile floors and a stylish bathroom with shower underline the appealing ambience.
Access is via the villa's sunny south-facing terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the lake.

The heated pool is available from mid-May to mid-September, weather permitting, and can also be used in autumn on request (weather permitting).
From the terrace with elegant deck chairs, natural stone steps and a lockable gate lead directly to the gently sloping pebble beach.

The vacation apartments offer relaxation at a high level and give you the feeling of walking through the heyday of the 19th century.
The offer is aimed at guests who value a well-kept ambience and a certain amount of privacy and who are willing to extend this to other guests on site.
The reserved landlord, a humorous general practitioner, is helpful and lives in the attic of the villa. The “inventory” also includes a friendly dog (only in the presence of the landlord).
Depending on the water level of the lake, the beach offers good opportunities for ball and beach games.

The apartment is ideal for 2 adults or families with children. However, the open sleeping gallery means that there is limited headroom and less privacy.

A wrought-iron, remote-controlled gate leads into the villa's park with parking spaces for your vehicle. Due to limited parking space, additional vehicles must be approved at the time of booking. Bicycles and water sports equipment/small boats can be stored.

A security deposit of €300.00 in cash must be paid on arrival. The deposit will be returned to you on departure.
