The Rustico holiday home is situated above the village of Colico in a picturesque hillside location in the pretty district of Villatico. Enjoy the view of the lake and the surrounding mountains in a rural residential area, surrounded by nature and local country houses. The Leonardo holiday flat is located on the property below.

There are numerous bathing opportunities with partly sandy beaches to the north and south at Piona Bay, unspoilt beaches on both sides of the Adda estuary. Surf and kite school, canoe hire, stand-up paddle, bike hire and electric motorboats are available in and around Colico.

The rustico is furnished in Lombard country house style and has cotto tiled floors.

The garden path leads to the almost square natural stone terrace with sun awning, the house entrance leads to the living room and bedroom.
The sleeping area is on the lake side with a double bed and wardrobe.

The dining area with kitchen is on the garden side. The bathroom has a shower.

Here you can experience a relaxing holiday in a typical Italian ambience and top quality at a reasonable price. The landlord Leonardo and his wife are friendly, courteous and discreet landlords who are appreciated by many guests. The quality of the furnishings and care is exemplary.
The Rustico holiday cottage is recommended from spring to autumn.
