This was great for our needs-close to family, pet friendly with a fenced yard. The house can accommodate many in one place and has huge potential. There were issues. The house was over mostly clean, but some areas need a deep cleaning-the refrigerator, kitchen ceiling and vent, drawers and cabinets . The oven and garbage disposal did not work. We worked around these issues, because of the location and pet friendly aspects were very important to us. There is a lot of household items in the garage and clutter on the side of the house. As I said it has big potential especially for those looking for a 5 bedroom home.

This house has great potential if the quality can match the quantity.The cons: The counters and backsplash in the kitchen were dirty. There was food in the fridge and something sticky all over the bottom shelf that all needed to be cleaned before we moved our food in. The freezer was full of personal items which I have never seen in a VRBO before. The same can be said for the showers. They all had personal care items and used loofas and bar soap in them. One bathroom had a ponytail and a wad of hair that was pulled out of it so the water would drain properly. Another bathroom had a leak under the tub and the floor was floating after just two showers. We had a relative stop by the property to visit and their toddler found a bag of needles and rx steroids in the couch console. The king size bed broke on my parents the second night we were there. They are not plus size humans. Thankfully my dad is handy and we were able to find boards around the property to help them get by for the night. There were dirty socks and garbage under most of the beds in the house as well. The pros: 5 good size bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The linens and towels appeared clean. This home proves ample space for a larger family. With the addition of a good house cleaner, this could really be turned into a great VRBO. We were under the impression that we may have been the first group to stay here. It truly seemed as if the house was vacated just for our stay.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. However, all of our beds are new. We had also placed a welcome drink in the fridge for you, including juice, water, and some chips, which we provide for all of our guests. Our kitchen and bathroom were also very clean. Thank you.
