Vacation home Rhapsody-Oldenburg in a quiet suburban location

In the 85-square-meter vacation home “Rhapsody Oldenburg,” you can truly unwind and relax. This semi-detached house was completely renovated in the summer of 2022. There are two parking spaces available directly in front of the house.<br>The lower level features a bright and spacious living room, a kitchen with an adjoining dining room, a bathroom with a rain shower, and a hallway with a coat closet.<br>On the upper floor, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), another bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm), a bathroom with a toilet and sink, and a storage room.<br>All rooms are bathed in natural light and lovingly furnished down to the last detail.<br>Outside, two terraces invite you to relax. One of these terraces is covered and has an “open-air seating area,” so you can enjoy a meal or a cup of coffee outdoors even when the sun isn’t shining. There is also a place to store bicycles and charge e-bikes. Behind the house is a fully fenced-in garden area. A total of 465 m² of outdoor space is available.<br>The vacation home is limited to 4 guests and is suitable for couples, families, and business travelers. <br>Out of consideration for guests with pet dander allergies, pets are unfortunately not allowed in my vacation home. Thank you for your understanding. The vacation home is located on a low-traffic street (dead-end) in the northern part of Oldenburg, in the beautiful, quiet neighborhood of Ofenerdiek. The exact address will be provided upon booking. A bus stop (Line 304) is located about 400 meters away. This bus line takes you directly to the city center. By car, the center (pedestrian zone) of Oldenburg is 7 km away. There’s plenty to explore here. Oldenburg Castle with its beautiful castle gardens, museums, theaters, and much more. A lovely pedestrian zone invites you to enjoy a leisurely shopping spree, a delicious meal, or brunch.<br>Day-trip destinations: A great starting point for extended bike rides within Oldenburg or to the surrounding area, such as the nearby Ammerland region, the royal seat of Rastede, or the spa town of Bad Zwischenahn. The nearest shopping area is about 2 km away. You’ll find a pharmacy 1.7 km away. Doctors’ offices, restaurants, a bakery, and other shopping options are all within a 2-km radius. Want to go to the beach? You can be in Dangast in just 30 minutes, and in Hooksiel in 40 minutes... If you’d like to take a day trip to an East Frisian island, you’ll reach the ferry terminal in about 1 hour.
