Alles war genau wie beschrieben.Bei einem Problem hat der Gastgeber sofort reagiert und für eine Lösung gesorgt.Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Vor allem die schönen Wanderrouten und die Ausstattung des Hauses haben wir sehr geschätzt. Sollten wir so ein Event mal wieder planen, würden wir dieses Ferienhaus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Problemloser Check-In, gute Küchenausstattung - alles alltägliche vorhanden, toller Badbereich - sehr großzügig und zeitgemäß, alles sauber und leise - halt keine Feriensiedlung, Auffahrt eng aber auch mit großem Auto kein Problem - am besten direkt rückwärts einfahren. Alles in allem sehr familiengeeignet und top Gegenwert für die Rate.

Absolut idyllisch und top ausgestattet!

Zwar ist die Lage etwas ab vom Schuss, aber für ein idyllisches, gemütliches Wellness-Wochenende genau das richtige! Der Garten ist riesig und das Haus sehr gästefreundlich und einwandfrei ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt (Gruppe von 9 Erwachsenen).

Urlaub direkt am Wald, klasse!

Uns hat besonders gefallen: sehr angenehme Ausstattung/ sehr sauber/ große Auswahl für Erwachsene und Kinder allen Alters (Bücher, Malzeug, Spiele usw.)/ schöner, naturnaher Garten, einschließlich des Kräuter- und Gemüsegartens/ direkter Anschluss an den Wald. Der Aufenthalt war von Vertrauen bestimmt und sehr unkompliziert. Ein Platz, um zur Ruhe zu kommen, was für uns sehr entspannend war.

fehlende wichtige Angaben

Folgendes fehlt in der Ferienhausbeschreibung: a) Überraschenderweise ein Bienenstock (man denke nur an Allergiker!) vorhanden (Urlaub deswegen einen Tag früher abgebrochen ...bei vorheriger Angabe in der Objektbeschreibung hätten wir das Ferienhaus gar nicht gebucht! Keine freiwillige Teil-Erstattung, leider kein Wort der Entschuldigung, leider kein Auseinandersetzen mit der Kritik ..). b) Auffahrt zum Haus sehr schmal - für etwas größere Fahrzeuge schon gar nicht geeignet. Auf dem Grundstück mühevoll gewendet, um ein äußerst schwieriges Rückwärtsfahren zu vermeiden. Parken dann außerhalb auf einem Parkplatz möglich. c) Hauptstraße ist nur ca. 10 -15 m vom Haus entfernt. Darüber hinaus: Rollo im Badezimmer oben fehlt (bei nur etwas höheren Außentemperaturen sehr ungünstig). Oberer Bereich ohnehin sehr "wärmelastig". Ein Dachflächenfenster oben mit Rollo nur erreichbar, wenn man auf das Doppelbett klettert. Kinderschaukel in der Nähe des Bienenstocks - unvorteilhaft bzw. denkbar ungünstig positioniert. Zudem steht in der "Info-Mappe", dass man die Bienen nicht stören möge ... . Außensitzmöglichkeit zwar überdacht, aber insgesamt antiquiert wirkend (nur 2 Liegestühle und normale "Esszimmerstühle"). Wohn- und Esszimmerbereich recht klein. Keine Sitzmöglichkeit für 8 Personen im sog. Wohnzimmer.

Es war einfach wunderbar. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieter einfach Spitze. Das Haus hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Jeder Zeit wieder sehr gerne.

MTB Woche im Bayerischen Wald

Männerurlaub (7 Mann Ü-60) zum Mountain-biken in traumhafter Umgebung. Das Haus von Babsi & Tom ist in einem Top-Zustand mit perfekter Ausrüstung für einen erholsamen und sportlichen Urlaub. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, auch die Küche hat alles, um ambitioniert aufzukochen - da fehlt sich an nichts! Wander- und Radelwege beginnen mehr oder weniger vor der Haustür, sind abwechslungsreich und bieten alle Varianten von easy bis anspruchsvoll - Komoot macht's möglich... kann man nur weiter empfehlen!

Kurze gelungene Auszeit

Es war die gelungene kurze Auszeit vom Alltag. Wir waren von Montag auf Freitag dort und es hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, es fehlt an nichts. Sehr moderne Badezimmer, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, es gibt viel Bücher zum lesen und auch Spiele für die gemeinsame Zeit. Bei kalten Wintertagen, kann man es sich mit einem Glas Wein aus dem Miniladen vor dem Kachelofen gemütlich machen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen es weiter.

Wohlfühloase in toller Lage

Mit 4 Personen hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, so dass man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten von dort aus gut erreichen kann. Mit 10 Personen werden die Sitzmöglichkeiten etwas knapp. Leider haben uns die Wespen ein Sitzen im Freien verwehrt, aber der Vermieter stand für alle Fragen zur Verfügung und es wurde sofort Abhilfe gesucht. Die bereits neu renovierten Teile des Hauses und des Gartens lassen erahnen, dass ein hochwertiges und geschmackvoll gestaltetes Feriendomizil entsteht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen es gerne weiter.

Schöne Urlaubswoche

Obwohl wir nur zu zweit das Haus nutzten, haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und gut erholt. Als Highlight würde ich die beiben Bäder nennen, die schön großzügig gestaltet sind. Zudem ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht. Und falls man etwas braucht ist der kleine Mini-Laden sehr praktisch. Einziger Makel war für uns die Nähe zur Hauptstraße, die tagsüber doch viel Verkehrslärm verursacht. Dies hat uns persönlich aber nicht so gestört, weil wir entweder unterwegs waren oder uns zwecks Wetter im Haus aufgehalten haben.

Hat uns sehr gut gefallen!!

Wir haben einen wundervollen, erholsamen Urlaub verlebt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die ruhige Lage hat "uns" super gut gefallen. Super Einrichtung. Es fehlt an nichts. Küche ist komplett eingerichtet, gemütliches Wohnzimmer sowie Schlafzimmer. Alles perfekt und super sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
