It is nestled in a suburb of Wittenberge near the Stepenitz River and is part of the Elbe-Brandenburg River Landscape Biosphere Reserve. <br><br>The approximately 60-square-meter vacation apartment with a separate entrance is located in the building’s former classroom. Lovingly furnished with a focus on sustainability—and minimizing the use of plastic—this apartment for up to 4 people is perfectly tailored to the needs of those seeking relaxation and allows nature to take center stage.<br><br>The apartment features a large living area with an open, well-equipped kitchen featuring an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine, as well as a spacious dining table. There is also a separate bedroom with two single beds and an almost luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower. Depending on occupancy, two full-size single beds can be added to the living area. <br><br>During the summer months, guests have access to an idyllic garden area with outdoor furniture to enjoy nature and the scenery.
