The villa sits on a fenced plot of 1800 m², surrounded by forest, and offers guests a heated pool of 52 m² with a spacious terrace, sun loungers, parasol, and four parking spaces.The ground floor features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and access to the pool area, a living room with satellite TV, and two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a private shower/WC, and the other with a double bed, en-suite bathroom/WC, and separate shower/WC. Stairs lead to the first floor gallery and hallway, where there are three comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed and shower/WC. On the other side of the gallery is a spacious terrace overlooking the beautiful landscape and pool.Guests can enjoy many additional entertainment and relaxation amenities, including a jacuzzi, hanging swings, table tennis, foosball, billiards, and two small football goals.For active guests, various activities are available nearby such as horseback riding at a nearby ranch, an adventure park, and quad biking through the forest.
