Der größte Pluspunkt dieser Ferienwohung ist die zentrale aber dennoch ruhige Lage. In nur wenigen Gehminuten ist man mitten im Geschehen, auf dem Marktplatz, in der Kleinen Ulrichstraße oder in der Sternstraße. Das war top.In der Wohnung lädt die große Terasse zum Chillen und Erholen ein. Diese ist wirklich schön und tagsüber immer sonnenbescheint.

Wir fanden den Preis dann doch etwas überzogen: das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen, Gläser waren nur in abgezählter Anzahl und durchgemixt vorhanden und ein Hinweis auf 83 Stufen zur Wohnung hat gefehlt. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war top. Die Wohnunh entspricht aber leider nicht dem Preis.

Sehr zentral mit sensationeller Dachterasse

Danke - wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Halle. Die Fewo ist noch zentraler als gedacht und den Abend auf der gemütlichen Dachterasse ausklingen zu lassen... einfach maga. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist sehr angenehm, nicht aufdringlich. Es hat einfach alles gepasst 😀
