Take a load off - the tile style floors will resist any melting snow! This studio is set up for comfort near the mountain, with a double size sofa bed and an all-in-one kitchenette cabinet with a stone countertop. Put on a DVD whenever you feel like relaxing on the king bed. Enjoy a meal at the high top table, or finish up remote work before heading outside. Enjoy the view of Vail Mountian from the sofabed or outside on the walk-out patio. Guests can also enjoy access to shared amenities during their stay, including the year-round heated outdoor pool and three separate hot tubs!

What's nearby:
Of course, the biggest draw is the slopeside location for prime ski-in/ski-out access. The building features a front desk and concierge in main lobby, with the popular El Sabor restaurant, great for takeout or grab-and-go meals, just off the main lobby as well. One floor up you'll find the business center, pool and hot tubs! Should you need ski gear, Charter Sports is right on the second floor, catering to skiers of all levels. Also on the second floor are coin operated washers and dryers. Off the property you'll find Vail General store and Lionshead Liquors just around the corner. All nearby Lionshead restaurants and shops are a short distance away for when you're not spending your time on the slopes. Adventure Ridge at the top of the Eagle Bahn Gondola operates day and night, in both winter and summer, for unbeatable family fun!

Unbelievable Location!!

This unit had everything we wanted and more - didn't quite realize how perfect the location of this property was in the Lionshead Village with just a short and beautiful walk to Vail Village. The pool and two hot tub set up was perfect as well.

Skiers Dream Location

The location for both skiing and going out in Lionshead was perfect. We parked our car when we checked in and did not use it our entire visit. The property was very well maintained with wonderful associates who were all helpful and made you feel very welcomed.

Wonderful!

My family had a wonderful stay in Lion Square Lodge. The location on the ground floor was amazing with little kids. It was so nice to have housekeeping and the kitchenette. Lion Square is close enough to Vail to easily catch the bus and more relaxing than the actual village. We would love to come back to this location next summer!

Really nice location but the bed was very uncomfortable

This was a really great location on the first floor with a walkout patio and really quiet and clean! The bed however was super uncomfortable and the couch was all ripped up.

Such a comfortable place, convenient to everything, lovely hot tub and pool. Coffee and newspapers in the lobby, shuttle, bikes, and clean comfortable bed. Such a restful wonderful place, by the river at the base of Bahn. Summer joy and winter ski in and ski out. Would stay again.

Simple room, great location

Fantastic location in Lionshead. The room itself met our needs. However, some items in the room needed repair- ceiling fan only worked on one speed, television remote didn’t work and the toilet is not secured to the floor. We let maintenance and the owner know. Maintenance did what he could but some updates are needed.

Great for family vacation

We met our son and his family for a reunion vacation. Lion Square was a great choice. Nice accommodations in a great location. Many activities available. Free shuttle to Vail town Center. Nice staff. Highly recommend.

Great Location, property can use some upgrades

The location is phenomenal. Walk to the lift, ski school, shops and restaurants. The first room we were in had a really bad pullout sleeping sofa. Management brought 2 cots but they were too big for the room and had to move us to a different room. That meant repacking 3 kids and unpacking at the new room. But, we’re grateful for the extra queen bed instead of a sleeper sofa with spring mattress.
