This modern 3-room duplex apartment in Scharbeutz, featuring 2 south-facing balconies, is located on the 1st floor. It has been designed and furnished with great attention to detail and features designer hardwood flooring. A professional refresh is carried out annually at the start of the season to ensure the apartment remains in excellent condition for you.

On the lower level, there is an exclusive, modern built-in kitchen with all the necessary appliances and extensive amenities, such as an additional coffee capsule machine. (Dolce Gusto)

The modern, high-end bathroom (with a window) features a walk-in rain shower that invites you to relax.

In the light-filled living room, you can enjoy, among other things, a home theater system with a Blu-ray player on a large screen (a small collection of DVDs, CDs, and books is available) or take in the beautiful ocean view from the south-facing balcony, which features an electric awning. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

On the second level, there is a very large bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and access to the upper balcony. A TV with a DVD player and a radio alarm clock are provided.

The second beautiful bedroom features two single beds, as well as a TV and a radio with a CD player. Wi-Fi is available. Both bedrooms are equipped with insulated and blackout pleated blinds.

A garage, a parking space, a bicycle storage room, and a coin-operated washer/dryer are available. A beach chair is available for your free use during the season, May 15–September 15, 2026!!! at “Die Ostsee Oase.”

This is a non-smoking apartment. A well-behaved dog is welcome! By the way, there are designated dog beaches in Haffkrug and Scharbeutz. From November 1 through March 31, you’re allowed to walk your dog along the entire coastline!! In addition, the “Scharbeutzer Heide” is home to one of the largest fenced-in dog parks in all of northern Germany.

This apartment complex is located right on the ocean. Just a few steps from your apartment, and you’ll be on the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach with its new, beautiful promenade. Restaurants, shops, and recreational and shopping options are all nearby. Parking spaces are available on-site.
