The pantry closet provides extra storage for this fully stocked kitchen with all of your cooking essentials, including basic spices, coffee, and dish soap. Natural light floods every room, highlighting the cozy living area centered around a grand fireplace. We go the extra mile, furnishing every space with throw pillows, blankets, and towels for every guest, ensuring a comfortable and inviting experience. Enjoy all your favorite streaming services with easy ability to log-in to your accounts on the Roku TV in the living room or primary suite.

Because of the split floor plan, each bedroom is tucked in one corner of the home, providing ample privacy. The primary suite, situated past the dining space, provides plenty of room for the king bed to be accessed on all sides along with the twin day bed and work station. A modern sliding door frame the transition to the primary bathroom with ample counter space for getting ready and walk-in shower. The huge walk-in offers drawers, more counter/desk space, shelving, and loads of hanging space. Additionally, the closet is stocked with games and essentials for family stays, including a pack-n-play.

Outside, the back patio invites relaxation with its shaded seating area and cooling ceiling fan. The sitting area allows for seating for 3 on the couch and 2 more in accent chairs. Six more lightweight Adirondack chairs provide flexible enjoyment of the backyard and maximum benefit of the shade trees lining the end of the yard. A privacy fence ensures undisturbed enjoyment, while corn hole and other yard games promise endless entertainment. Additional parking in the back gives guests easy access to load and unload through the back gate and French doors, with space for 4 standard vehicles in the driveway, accessible through the alley way. Parties, events, or gatherings are not allowed.
Only registered guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight.

🚗 Parking
Parking is permitted in the garage and driveway only.
Street parking is limited — please plan accordingly.

No candles, incense, or open flames are permitted anywhere on the property.
🛋️ Furniture
Please do not move furniture.
If moved, it must be returned to its original location before checkout.

Please place bins at the curb the night before the assigned pickup day.
