This centrally located 2-room apartment in Scharbeutz is on the 1st floor with a sunny south-facing balcony and is equipped to accommodate 3 people. The apartment was extensively renovated and refurnished in early 2022. It consists of a living/sleeping area with a high-quality leather sleeper sofa (1.60 x 2.00 m) featuring a TTFK mattress and Ergoflex slatted frame, a flat-screen TV, and a new, fully equipped built-in kitchen, a Ceran induction cooktop, a microwave with baking function, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a De’Longhi Nespresso capsule machine, a dishwasher, and a dining area for 3 people. <br>The separate bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds (1.00 x 2.00 m) that can also be pushed together. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The living areas have vinyl flooring. Prices are for 2 people; a third person pays 20 euros per day. A seasonal beach chair for 2026 (May 1–September 15) is included!<br><br>Washer and dryer available in the building for a fee. Parking space No. 1.1. No pets allowed!
