Welcome to the Seepark apartment complex, located at Lindenallee 2c in Scharbeutz.

This 2-room apartment, newly renovated in early 2023, is located in the heart of Scharbeutz, just a few meters from the beach promenade. Numerous restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

The apartment is located on the first floor and offers 50 m² of space for up to 2 people; a toddler may also stay upon request. The cozy living area is furnished with a three-seater sofa, an armchair, a 42-inch smart TV, an internet-enabled radio, and a dining nook.
In the TV cabinet, you’ll find a selection of books and DVDs.
From here, you can step out onto the furnished southwest-facing terrace with comfortable sun loungers. The southwest-facing location guarantees plenty of sunshine from noon until evening when the weather is nice.

The kitchenette is well-equipped with a 3-burner ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. In the separate, newly redesigned bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), an additional TV, and a large wardrobe. A modern shower room/restroom with plenty of natural light and a large towel radiator rounds out the amenities. All electrical outlets are equipped with child safety covers.

Complex:

The beautiful residential complex is located right on the beach. Only Bäderstraße separates the complex from direct beach access. A pedestrian bridge leads safely there. Anyone vacationing here will feel at home and find pure relaxation. In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the newly redesigned beach promenade with activity zones, relaxation areas, restaurants, and the fine-sand beach with beach chairs. A parking space is available.
