The spacious living area, featuring a comfortable sofa bed (120 cm x 170 cm), a dining area, and the beautiful east-facing balcony with seating, is perfect for total relaxation. The flat-screen TV with cable, radio, and Wi-Fi access enhance this experience.

The open kitchenette, equipped with an oven, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, and filter coffee maker, ensures a relaxed cooking experience.
The cosy sleeping area, featuring a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), exterior blinds, and a west-facing balcony, lets you unwind at night.
The spacious bathroom, featuring a toilet, shower, large sink, plenty of storage space, a washer-dryer, and a window that lets in natural light, rounds out the apartment.
The amenities also include an iron and an ironing board.
A parking space and a bicycle storage room are located in the underground garage, which has a clearance height of 1.95 m.
