Schöne gemütliche Wohnung mit super Ausblick, Wasserdruck leider sehr gering dadurch starke Temperaturschwankungen beim Duschen (haben wir angemerkt), die Garage ist hinter dem Gebäude ganz rechts und dadurch mit einem Kombi nicht nutzbar (wussten wir vorher).

Liebes Team, ein großes Dank für die freundliche, unkomplizierte und schnelle Abwicklung und Betreuung! Wir haben schon das 3te Mal bei Ihnen gebucht und fühlen uns immer wirklich gut aufgehoben. Liebes Ostsee-Appartments-Team, auch diesmal haben wir uns in Scharbeutz extrem wohl gefühlt. Die Lage des Appartements ist TOP, jeden morgen der Blick auf das Wasser, besser geht es einfach nicht! Ausstattung war für 3 Personen vollkommen ausreichend und auch das Appartement an sich ist wirklich schön, sehr geschmackvoll und freundlich eingerichtet. Ein wirklich großes Manko ist aber leider die Parksituation. Die Garage wurde einfach damals zu schmal gebaut. Unser X1 (der ja nicht besonders groß ist) passte zwar theoretisch rein, aber man kommt nur leider nicht mehr aus dem Auto raus, da man die Türen nicht öffnen kann! Unsere kurzfristige Lösung war daher eine Absprache mit dem Nachbarn, so dass der Wagen nur bis zu den Vordertüren in der Garage stand. Der Punktabzug bei "Preis/Leistung" gehört daher leider der Garage...
