This 3-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand is located on the first floor and offers 74 m² of comfortable living space. It is furnished to accommodate up to 4 people.
Situated in a quiet area of Timmendorfer Strand, you’ll be just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, the town center, and the spa gardens.

You’ll find a stylish living area with a sofa set, LCD TV, DVD player, and stereo system.
Through the dining area, you’ll reach the kitchenette, which is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, and microwave.

There are two separate bedrooms, each with a TV; one has a double bed (2x90x200 cm) and a high chair, as well as an additional exit to the terrace.
The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (each 90x200 cm).
The bathroom features a shower and toilet.

All rooms are wheelchair accessible.
The high chair is included in the price.

Your parking space is right next to the house.
There is a bicycle storage shed behind the house, as well as a trash shed.
Wi-Fi is available (no refunds or compensation in case of disruptions or outages).
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed here.
