From here, everything is within walking distance. In just two minutes, you’ll be sitting at Café Wichtig or Fitz, and in three minutes, you’ll be right on the Baltic Sea. Modern bicycles can be rented in the neighborhood upon request. The atmosphere of Timmendorfer Strand is one-of-a-kind.

The apartment features light-colored marble flooring throughout and has a light-filled living area with high-quality Benz furniture, a 55-inch Sony LCD TV, and an elegant dining area.

Two balconies facing southwest and east invite you to relax and sunbathe.

The apartment also features two bedrooms, each sleeping two people, with a double bed (2x90x200 cm each), direct balcony access, and exterior blinds.
In the separate black high-gloss kitchen, you’ll find a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and washing machine.
The apartment is rounded out by a gorgeous bathroom with a barrier-free shower and a separate guest restroom.

Wi-Fi (fiber-optic) is available (no refund or replacement in case of disruptions or outages).
Bike racks are located right next to the house. You’re welcome to store your bikes in the shared bike shed.
From May 1 through September 1, 2026, a free beach chair will be available for you on the beach.

A parking space is easily accessible and reserved for you in the front row.
