Wonderful

New and spacious apartment with easy walk or tram to all the beautiful sights of Erfurt. Lovely porch and courtyard with gorgeous roses. We stayed with our two children and found it very comfortable. Host is very helpful and easy to contact.

Darling Cottage

We stayed in #3, which is the cottage in the back. It was just right for us, with room for the two of us staying and an expandable dining table, so my sister and her family could come over for dinner (which was great since their Erfurt apartment is TINY). The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and equipment we needed. The bathroom was very pretty; I loved the skylight and the shower was AMAZING! The bed was very comfortable, and the bedroom had lots of room for our suitcases and stuff. Our hosts were very gracious and generous. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! I do think it would be less confusing if the different apartments were listed separately, so you know which pictures will apply to your stay.

Ein wirkliche schöne und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Sauber, gepflegt Und zentral gelegen. Das einchecken verlief problemlos und wir wurde nett empfangen und mit allen Informationen versorgt. Wenn ich wieder in Erfurt bin, dann gerne wieder im Rosenhof

Die perfekte Unterkunft

Ich habe den Aufenthalt in dieser tollen und gepflegten FeWo, in der es an nichts fehlt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist ruhig, in einer gepflegten Gegend. Nähe zur Altstadt und auf den Petersberg ideal und beides kann man fußläufig sehr erreichen. Anbindung ÖPNV super! Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Es war alles super und genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Die ganze Wohnungen war sehr sauber und ordentlich, die Betten sehr gemütlich. Besonders habe ich mich über die frischen Blumen gefreut.

Sehr schöne FeWo in ruhiger Lage, 15 Min. zur Innenstadt

Sehr stilvoll renoviertes Haus, sehr schöne, saubere und ruhige Ferienwohnung mit allem Komfort. Man kann in 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt spazieren.

Wir haben die Zeit im spätsommerlichen Erfurt und in der liebevoll, stimmig und wertig eingerichteten Fewo Rosenhof sehr genossen! Es fehlte wirklich nichts! Und die zwei, mit Rosen umrandeten Balkone sind ganz wunderbar und je nach Sonnenstand zu nutzen! Wir können die Fewo nur empfehlen!

Schöne Wohnung - tollle Stadt - netter Vermieter

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare und interessante Tage in Erfurt. Die Wohnung entspricht vollkommen der Beschreibung und hat eine super Lage in der Andreasvorstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeit um die Ecke (Edeka, gut sortiert). Strassenbahnhaltestellen gut erreichbar, die Altstadt (Domplatz) aber auch sehr gut fussläufig erreichbar. Es ist eine ruhige Wohngegend, schönes altes und sehr gut gepflegtes und modernisiertes Haus, Innenhof und viel Begrünung - vor allem Rosen. Aktuelle informationen über Veranstaltungen und Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen in der Wohnung bereit. Gut eingerichtete Küche sowie gutes W-Lan. Vielen Dank Erfurt. Beim nächsten Besuch buchen wir sehr gerne wieder diese Unterkunft.

Nach einer Woche im Sommer letzten Jahres habe ich die Wohnung diesmal zum Besuch des Weihnachtsmarktes genutzt. Auch bei den sehr kalten Temperaturen (- 10 Grad) war es gemütlich und ich habe mich erneut in Erfurt und Umgebung sehr wohl gefühlt. Einfach super

Wir waren in unserem Kurzurlaub im Rosenhof rundum zufrieden. Tolle und umfangreiche Ausstattung, sehr nette Begrüßung und Einführung in die Ferienwohnung, Einkäufe und Altstadtbesuche. Die Wohnung liegt gut, um die tolle & historische Altstadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Leider hatten wir Regenwetter, wir müssen also noch einmal kommen

Mehr als alle Wünsche erfüllt

Die Ferienwohnung war optimal und großzügig ausgestattet, viele Extras, mehr Handtücher als notwendig, Bequemlichkeiten, nichts fehlte, im Gegenteil, sogar eine Reihe guter Bücher, Spiele, DVDs standen bereit. Ruhige Lage, optimale Verkehrsanbindung, alle 4-5 Minuten Anbindung mit der Straßenbahn in die Stadt, Fahrt dorthin 4-6 Minuten!!! Wir haben uns rundum gut versorgt und sehr wohl gefühlt!

Ideal für einen Erfurt-Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, Bettwäsche Handtücher... alles inklusive. Ruhige Lage, fußläufig 10-15 Minuten bis zum Domplatz. Durch die Einbahnstr. u.U. wenige Parkplätze - aber wir hatten Glück.

Ein Erlebnis !!

Eine stilvolle und sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet, gut gelegen - in 20 Minuten ist man am Domplatz Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam Rundherum ein schöner Aufenthalt in Erfurt!
