An der Rezeption im Hotel Aquantis wurden wir bei der Schlüsselübergabe sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen. Überhaupt war das Personal dort zu jeder Zeit sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist wirklich wunderschön und alles war sehr sauber. Die Küche ist mit ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck (auch Brotmesser, scharfes Messer etc.) ausgestattet, sodass man nicht nach jeder Mahlzeit spülen muss. Wenn wir wieder mal nach Ostfriesland kommen, dann auf jeden Fall wieder in diese Unterkunft!!!

Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren - wie schon in den Osterferien - insgesamt hervorragend. :-) Leider waren Besteck + auch Teile des Porzellans / der Gläser bei unserer Anreise verschmutzt bzw. nicht gespült, so dass ein Bestücken der Spülmaschine eine der ersten Handlungen nach Ankunft war. Dies haben wir auch als Mangel b. "Aquantis" angezeigt. Dies hat aber vor allem mit den Vormietern oder der Kontrolle durch das housekeeping zu tun, nichts mit der Wohnung an sich. Auch waren Porzellan + Gläsergarnituren nicht mehr vollzählig, dies wurde v. "Aquantis" ersetzt.
