Die Lage der Ferienwohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einem Strandaufgang in Kombination mit dem parkähnlichen Außengelände und der charmanten, historischen Villa ist außergewöhnlich. Darüber hinaus haben wir die Zeit in der geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung mit Zugang zu einer Sauna und Infrarotkabine im selben Gebäude auch in der kälteren Jahreszeit sehr genossen. Von der Terrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick ins Grüne, was in der ersten Reihe der Strandpromenade nicht sehr häufig vorkommt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der Service vor Ort war stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bekommt aber wenig Sonnenstrahlen am Tag, Erdgeschoss direkt am Eingang, liegt ca.50m vom Strand entfernt, nach Heringsdorf und Bansin ist es nicht weit entfernt, fußläufig. Der Strandpark von Upstalsboom ist sehr schön gepflegt, alles wir ordentlich gehalten. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.
