The “Strand-Park” holiday complex is located directly on the beach promenade in Heringsdorf. The 68-square-meter Upstalsboom 3-bedroom apartment, ussp333, features a large covered south-facing balcony with a beach chair and can accommodate up to 6 people, including a family dog.

Location
This sunny, southwest-facing apartment is located on the third floor—the top floor—of Building 3 in the popular “Strand-Park” holiday complex, nestled amid a lovingly maintained green space and just a few metres from Heringsdorf’s fine-sand beach. A walking path leads directly from the building along the promenade through the dunes to the beach. In just a few minutes, you can reach the Heringsdorf pier.

Amenities
This bright, non-smoking holiday apartment with a shower room features free Wi-Fi and consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a living area with a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a hi-fi system. A wide selection of board games guarantees fun-filled evenings with the whole family. From the living area, you have access to the 20-square-meter covered balcony facing south, featuring its own beach chair and a view of the park’s greenery.
The apartment features a fully equipped open-concept kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
Upon request, we can provide a cot and a high chair for a fee.

Special Features
The Strand-Park has its own sauna area with a sauna and an infrared sauna. The sauna area is available to you daily starting at 5:00 p.m. at no charge. Dressing gowns are available for rent for a fee at the service office.
The resort also features a shared car park, bike racks, a coin-operated washing machine and dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron, which are available to you in the laundry room. Pets are welcome here. A beach chair on the beach is available to you free of charge during the season. Please note that if you bring your four-legged friend, the beach chair is not located on the dog beach.
