In summer, the fine sandy beach and the numerous terraces of restaurants and cafés invite you to sunbathe and relax. In the spring, you can enjoy the rapeseed blossoms on a bike ride or watch the fishermen at work as they haul in herring. Fall invites you to take walks through the Granitz with its colorful foliage, go mushroom hunting, and fly kites on the beach. And don’t forget to hunt for amber after an autumn storm. In winter, there’s nothing better than letting the icy wind blow through you on the beach and then cozying up with a hot cup of tea or sea buckthorn punch. Also a must-see are the New Year’s Eve fireworks at Cape Arkona, on Binz Beach, or at the Sellin pier. The range of activities is incredibly diverse. There’s something for everyone here! Guests can pamper themselves, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.<br>Some of the most famous sights include the chalk cliffs with their “Königsstuhl” (King’s Chair), the Granitz hunting lodge, the idyllic fishing village of Vitt, and Cape Arkona with its two lighthouses.
