Spacious Villa with private pool in the pretty area of Bonaire in Alcudia, a short distance from the beautiful sandy beaches San Joan and San Pere.



The villa with pool in Bonaire is a bright, modern villa in a quiet residential area. It can accommodate up to 8 people. There are 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms spread over 2 floors. The garden with private pool has table tennis, a barbecue area and covered and open terraces.



The beautiful sandy beaches of San Joan and San Pere are about a 10-minute walk away. Explore the coast and enjoy the view of Formentor while sunbathing.

The harbour "Puerto Cocodrilo", restaurants and a supermarket.

Are about 400 m away. After 2.5 km you arrive to the Bar S'Illot, a fantastic place to enjoy the sunset with a sundowner. There is also another bathing bay here, which is perfect for snorkelling.



From the Villa you can start for hikes in the surrounding area. From the Mirador Penyal del Migdia you enjoy an incredible views.

In Bonaire, you live away from the hustle and bustle of touring and are only a few minutes away from the bay of Alcudia or Alcudia town. Puerto Pollença is about 10 minutes away by car.

The perfect place for a family vacation

The perfect place for a family vacation. The spacious kitchen and outdoor area provide tons of social space and kids will love the pool. The house is quiet and private but at the same time in walking distance to beach and restaurants. We had a great time during our stay, would have loved to stay another week!

We spent a wonderful week at Martina’s villa

We spent a wonderful week at Martina’s villa. The place is homely and spacious, with lots of thoughtful touches, and we especially enjoyed the many outside seating/relaxation areas. A great location too, with restaurants and beaches within walking distance. Martina was helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Would highly recommend!

Martina’s villa is in a great location, walking distance to a couple of bars and a small local shop. You can also walk to a beautiful local beach which is small but really good for families. The villa was really well equipped for our stay and Martina made sure we had every thing we needed for a comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed staying in this villa

We really enjoyed staying in this villa. It had everything we needed and more. The outdoor space was great and very clean. The pool area had a little shade in the morning which was perfect for the children as they loved playing in the pool first thing. It was a great area to be in and so close to Alcudia old town and Alcudia harbour. We downloaded the taxi app and it was so easy to use. I would highly recommend this villa and area.

Beautiful home! Very peaceful and well equipped.

It looks just like the photos. As a group of 8, we liked that every room had a bathroom. The host was very kind and provided us with empanadas and wine upon arrival. :) The location is great - very close to Alcudia and gorgeous beaches. Street parking is easy. I would definitely recommend it!

Great Villa for a family holiday

House has everything you need for a great Villa holiday. About a 25 minute walk from Alcúdia. 3 restaurants near by in a couple of minutes walk. The main supermarket is in Alcúdia where you can get everything, there is a small shop near by but is expensive. The beach is about a 10 min walk away, it’s a beautiful sandy beach. There is sun beds there but you have to book them in advance. So plan your beach day in advance. Great villa, very spacious so you didn’t feel on top of each other.

A perfect villa for our family holiday

The villa looks exactly like the photo and was perfect for our family holiday. Everything was brilliant.......the accommodation; the location; the pool; local restaurants; beach and small supermarket. The villa is a 5 minute drive from Alcudia which is a pretty, walled town - markets on Sundays and Tuesdays but so nice on the other days when you can actually see the streets! Bodega Del Sol, 5 mins walk, is a lovely, family restaurant we ate at 3 times - food, service and atmosphere was excellent (altho not sophisticated!) We would thoroughly recommend this villa and the area. The only negative was the flushing of the loos....but suspect as not on main drainage this was more to do with us being there at the end of the season and the tank needing emptying. It did not detract from our enjoyment.

Tolle Unterkunft! Passte alles gerne wieder!

Tolle Lage! Gute Ausstattung! Unterkunft genau so wie beschrieben! Gerne wieder! Leider waren die Abflüsse im Haus nicht so gut. Es gluckerte immer beim Spülen und der Wasserdruck war auch nicht immer so gut! Da müsste man mal dran arbeiten.

Das Haus war toll, super sauber, hervorragend eingerichtet, schön gelegen und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Martina war immer erreichbar und hat tolle Tips gegeben. In der Nähe ist eine schöne Bodega mit leckerem Essen, ein hübscher Strand und Möglichkeiten zu wandern. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit, würden jederzeit wiederkommen und auch jedenm eine Reiseempfehlung geben.

Toller Urlaub in super Haus mit perfekter Lage

Wir hatten einen Tollen Aufenthalt in der Finka. Es war sauber die Kommunikation und Anreise total unkompliziert und die Lage perfekt…Alcudia mit toller Altstadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ein paar Autominuten entfernt. In fußläufiger Umgebung befinden sich gute Restaurants und zwei tolle Badebuchten

wir können das Haus empfehlen

Wir waren 8 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind. Das Haus war sehr geräumig und die Küche war super super gut ausgestattet! Obwohl wir nur eine Woche gebucht haben, wurden unsere Handtücher nach ein paar Tagen gewechselt. Das hat uns sehr positiv überrascht, da wir das sonst nur bei Aufenthalten von +10 Tagen hatten. Wir hatten zwei kleine Anmerkungen zum Haus (sowohl währenddessen als auch danach) und diese wurden sofort ernst genommen und die Gastgeberin hat sich super schnell gekümmert. Wir würden das Haus also klar empfehlen und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit.
