Upstairs you will find, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living and dining rooms, sitting area off the kitchen and private deck and yard.

In the lower level, you will find, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, large island to dine at, as well as a beautiful wet bar area complete with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker etc.

NO Smoking. NO parties/events. Quiet Hours are from 11PM - 8AM. Guest is responsible for bringing baby-proofing equipment, including gates for stairs.
