In the hamlet Albonico 9 km from the centre of Sorico, 70 km from the centre of Como, 55 km from the centre of Lecco, in a secluded position, 9 km from the lake, in the woods. Private: property 3 ha, meadow. Motor access (200 m via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 9 km, bus stop "Sorico" 5.5 km, railway station "Colico" 17 km, sandy beach "Sorico (La Punta)" 9 km, outdoor swimming pool 11 km. Marina 11 km, golf course (18 hole) 40 km, surf school 9 km, riding stable 9 km, walking paths from the house 20 m. Nearby attractions: Tempieto di San Fedelino.
