The couch folds out to sleep two more people, and there are folding mattresses for extras, as well. Great location, 1/2 mile from Ft Spokane boat launch, restaurants, and gas stations. Everything you could need, with fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Blender, microwave, toaster, dishes, and pots and pans, Back patio with picnic table, full sized BBQ, fire pit, and horse shoes. Chairs, tables, canopy, games and books. Wireless internet, TV, DVD, and wireless speaker too!
