"Alzu" - Les Mûriers

Our apartments, completely renovated in 2020, are bright, welcoming and cozy, tastefully furnished, very well equipped and offer all the amenities you could wish for during your vacation.
The flat is on the ground floor with a covered terrace and private garden.
A barbecue, garden tables and garden benches are available to our guests in a communal area.
There is a free private parking space on our property.
Special features: We are a family-run business and always there for our guests.

Bed linen at 20€/person and towels at 5€/person can be rented.

A Delightful Apartment

Property was clean,adequately equipped and spacious, but found the bed a little on the hard side. Delightful views of hills and mountains from both sides of apartment. Very quiet and peaceful. Wifi available but not in actual apartment. Charming and helpful owners.Would recommend to friend/relative. Easy 15 minute walk to fabulous beaches, supermarket and into the town.

saubere Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung im 1. Stock. Die Wohnung war groß, schön eingerichtet und vor allem sehr sauber. Frau Guglielmacci war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns einige Tipps, fĂŒr Wanderungen und AusflĂŒge in der Gegend gegeben. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Schönen Urlaub verbracht

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr schön. Obwohl es nicht weit bis zum Stadtzentrum ist, hatte die Wohung einen sehr lĂ€ndlichen Charakter, da die Vermieter Hunde und Esel besitzen. Bis zum Strand und den nĂ€chsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten kann man durchaus laufen. Die Besitzer sind wirklich sehr nett und geben sich viel MĂŒhe den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung und ist nur 10 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. GemĂŒtliche, einfach eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber und ohne MĂ€ngel. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir haben eine sehr erholsame und tolle Ferienzeit verbracht. Sehr gerne wieder einmal! Einzig: Wi-Fi leider kein guter Empfang.

Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen!

sehr gepflegtes und sauberes appartment. Schön, hell, im mediteranen Stil eingrichtet. DarĂŒberhinaus ist die Wohnung in ruhiger Lage gelegen und bietet vom Balkon aus einen wunderschönen Blick in die Berge und die Umgebung. Die Vermieter sprechen deutsch, sind unkompliziert und haben jederzeit ein offenes Ohr fĂŒr ihre GĂ€ste. Sie sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Wohnung bietet einen guten Kompromiss zwischen Stadt- und StrandnĂ€he und gleichzeitiger Ruhe, besonders nachts. Dadurch ist es Möglich viel zu erleben und sich gleichzeitig gut zu erholen. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Sehr empfehlenswert

Die sehr ansprechend eingerichteten Wohnungen waren sehr sauber und in tadellosem Zustand. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, aber sowohl der Strand als auch mehrere SupermĂ€rkte sind fußlĂ€ufig problemlos erreichbar, so daß man hier auch ohne Auto keine Probleme haben sollte. Angebote fĂŒr Unternehmungen gibt es in der NĂ€he mehr als genug: Ganz gleich, ob es nun Strandurlaub, Wanderung, Kultur oder ein Trip ins Inland sein sollen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und stets bemĂŒht, dass man seinen Urlaub sorgenfrei geniessen kann. Vorbildlich und keinesfalls Standard. Ich kann die Residence Les Muriers nur wĂ€rmstens weiterempfehlen. Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Zustand des Objektes und Betreuung durch Vermieter

Das Objekt ist einfach, aber zweckmĂ€ĂŸig ausgestattet. Kein TV, kein Tel.; aber auf das kann ich im Urlaub in dieser Umgebung verzichten!! Über Ausstattungsdetails kann man sich im Vorfeld telefonisch mit der deutsch sprechenden Vermieterin absprechen. Mit dem Zustand des Objektes waren wir sehr zufrieden. Alles sehr sauber und keinerlei MĂ€ngel an der Einrichtung. SanitĂ€re Einrichtungen in bestem Zustand. Die Vermieterin ist sehr bemĂŒht, einen angenehmen Ferienaufenthalt vor Ort zu haben. Alles in allem das Objekt ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefĂŒhlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber , bestens gepflegt und gut eingerichtet. Wir konnten unsere einjĂ€hrige Tochter bedenkenlos am Boden krabbeln lassen (was ja nicht ĂŒberall der Fall ist!). Die Angaben im Inserat stimmen mit den tatsĂ€chlichen Gegebenheiten ĂŒberein. Die Vermieterin selbst ist eine sehr hilfsbereite Dame, jedoch nicht aufdringlich. Um Besorgungen zu machen oder zum Strand zu kommen, benötigt man ein Auto. Quasi vor der HaustĂŒre lassen sich einige Wanderungen unternehmen, wie z.B. auf den Hausberg von Calvi, den Capu di a Veta. Alles in allem eine sehr zu empfehlende Anlaufadresse in Calvi!
