Die Wohnung hat alles, was es für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht.Einziger Wermutstropfen: die Matratzen im großen Schlafzimmer sind (nach unserem Empfinden) sehr hart.Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber.

Unser Sommerurlaub in Prerow

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, ein Hund) waren im August 2024 für 2 Wochen in Prerow. Die Ferienwohnung und der Ort haben uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns gut erholt. Es empfiehlt sich, Fahrräder mitzubringen oder zu leihen.

Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr zentral, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Das Wetter leider sehr unbeständig, es gab aber viel Möglichkeiten auch bei Regen etwas zu unternehmen. Der Strand in Prerow traumhaft, viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen wieder 😊

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung für Paare

Meine Freundin und ich haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat reibungslos geklappt, jedoch hätten wir uns eine kleine Einweisung für die Ferienwohnung gewünscht. Es gab leider keine Mülltüten, wir mussten die Müllbehälter im Außenbereich selbst suchen und der Seifenspender im Bad war fast leer und die Seife so mit Wasser verdünnt, dass sie nicht mal mehr schäumte. Da ich mit einer Freundin verreist war, hatten wir uns extra eine Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern ausgesucht, jedoch war nur in einem der Schlafzimmer das Bett mit Bettwäsche bezogen. So mussten wir dann erstmal ein Bett abziehen und im anderen Zimmer neu beziehen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet, das zweite Schlafzimmer, als Kinderzimmer gedacht, jedoch eher ungemütlich. Wir waren jedoch sehr dankbar für die an den Fenstern angebrachten Mückengitter. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt in Prerow. Vielen, herzlichen Dank!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit kleinem Nachteil

Die Wohnung war gemütlich und mit allem was man braucht eingerichtet. Der Grund warum ich nicht 5 Sterne vergebe, ist die Heizungssituation. Die Heizung wurde per WIFI durch den Vermieter ferngesteuert. Leider ziemlich an unseren Bedürfnissen vorbei, da der Flur und eines der Schlafzimmer immer sehr warm waren, dafür aber im Wohnzimmer nicht geheizt wurde. Leider war es insofern auch nicht möglich beim Lüften den Heizkörper auszuschalten.

Das Anwesen und die Wohnung sind sehr gepflegt. Das Apartment ist schön und überwiegend neu eingerichtet und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Weg zum Strand und Ortsmitte dauert nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Alles Top, gerne wieder.
