About this property

Nice, private, air-conditioned vacation apartment with 3 bedrooms

This very nice and spacious holiday flat on the 1st floor - on approx. 90m² living space. Small but inviting balcony. A total of 3 bedrooms, two of which are furnished with double beds and one with two single beds. The master bedroom has its own bathroom, the other two bedrooms share another bathroom. Living room/kitchen with TV and well-equipped kitchen area - from here you can access the small balcony with lovely views. Coin-operated air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Maltese eco-tax: €1.50 per person per night, for guests aged 18 and over, up to a maximum of €22.50 per person

Xlendi, in the south of the island, on the impressive bay of the same name, is certainly one of the most popular excursion destinations on Gozo. The deep bay in the south of the island is particularly picturesque and invites you to swim, snorkel and dive along the rocks with its green-blue water. Access ladders lead down into the crystal-clear water. Small beach right next to the bay for children.

The bay of Xlendi can be reached on foot from the flats in "one minute". Various excellent restaurants are located directly on the promenade overlooking the bay. Shops and shopping facilities are also close by.

Some of the best viewpoints can be reached via the steps on the right-hand side of the cliff.

About 3.5 km to the main town of Victoria (direct bus connection)

Großzügige Wohnung in bester Lage

Da wir mit fünf Erwachsenen verreisten, waren drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder Pflicht. Dieses Kriterium wurde voll erfüllt. Ein Bad, das nur durch ein Schlafzimmer erreicht werden konnte, für die Eltern, das andere für die drei erwachsenen Kinder. Die Wohnung war vollständig ausgestattet und man fand auch einen kleinen Vorrat an Lebensmitteln, Wasser, Wein und Putzmitteln für den ersten Tag vor. Der Vermieter war bei Fragen einfach zu erreichen. Die Lage fanden wir genial, nah genug an Strand und Dorfkern und doch nicht zu laut. Schön waren auch die zwei Balkone: einen nach vorn heraus und den anderen nach hinten heraus zum Wäscheaufhängen. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern funktionierten bestens. Im Wohnraum erledigte das ein Ventilator. Man merkte auch, dass die Wohnung frisch renoviert war. Jederzeit wieder.

Molto accogliente

Abbiamo soggiornato in 6 persone (2 famiglie con un figlio per uno ) in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati benissimo, le 3 camere da letto e i 2 bagni sono veramente quello che ci vuole per avere i propri spazi e privacy. La casa è ben fornita di tutto ed è veramente in una pozione centrale nella bellissima baia di xlendy. Il mare, i vari negozi e i ristoranti tutto è raggiungibile a piedi, e poi abbiamo trovato sempre posto per pargheggiare l'automobile (siamo stati i primi 10 giorni di giugno). Anche per visitare l'isola ci siamo trovati bene tutto è vicino. Che dire una bella esperienza in un posto meraviglioso!!!!
