Ein Stück Heimat in der Ferne

Schon während der Kommunikation vor unserer Anreise, hatten wir ein sehr gutes Gefühl bei Familie Bodensberger als Gastgeber, doch wurde das bei unserer Ankunft noch übertroffen. Nicht nur dass wir mehr als herzlich empfangen wurden, sondern auch dass wir uns in dem Haus gleich wie zuhause gefühlt haben. In dem Haus fehlt es einem an nichts und es ist mit so viel Liebe gestaltet, dass man die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber in jedem Detail bemerkt. Sowohl das Haus als auch der Aussenbereich sind sehr großzügig gestaltet und bieten genügend Platz für Gemeinsames, aber auch um Zeit für sich zu haben. Wir waren anlässlich eines runden Geburtstags als 3-Generationen-Familie verreist und wirklich jeder von uns hat sich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir werden die Tage dort nie vergessen und sagen alle VIELEN LIEBEN DANK an Christine Bodensberger, ihre Familie und Lothar- macht weiter so und hoffentlich bis bald!

dort kann man den erholsamen Urlaub geniessen. Grosse Wiese, Spielfeld, Tischtennisch...... Alle, die man taeglich braucht, sind dabei. Sehr ruhig, schoene Blick. Gerne wieder.

Breathtaking

What w wonderful experience. We travelled all day and were so tired. When we got to the property we got a second breath from the view. Just beautiful! Would absolutely recommend this property. Christine was an excellent host.

Relaxing land scape

I have really enjoyed staying in this nice quietly farm house . Thanks to miss Christine for warm welcoming & smiley face My children have lots of fun in house garden , eye relaxing inside lake , wide green flat land . Well, if you want a nice, secluded, quiet place, this it is... is the best you might find, your car Navigation might not have the address but is worth the hassle... Sejour de reve

Un environnement et une maison magnifique et surtout une hôte très accueillante et gentille. Un endroit idéal pour une grande famille, la forêt à côté superbe pour des promenades et finalement contents de ne pas avoir eu de neige tout près de la maison vu le chemin pour y accéder. Le calme et la situation pour visiter les villages autour étaient appréciés et la neige pas loin formidable. Il y avait tout ce qu’il falllait dans les épiceries locales. Nous aimerions revenir pour profiter de la maison en été. Un grand merci à Christine pour sa gentillesse et ses renseignements précieux. Happy New Year to you and your family!

Bavarian Paradise!!!

The property was perfect for our party of 14 adults and teenagers. The back of the house pictured here was the one of most beautiful views in all of Germany overlooking the alps and pastures. There were inviting gathering areas for groups and places for individual meditation as well with lounging chairs for resting. In the house, the kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms were comfortable with roomy bathrooms that were modern and well maintained. Christine was so friendly and helpful when questions arose. Although it is a small drive up to the house, it is well worth the beauty and character we experienced. There is a grocery store very near as well as the beautiful lakes and other attractions. Truly an inspiring and peaceful holiday house. Thank you Christen for sharing your home with us.

Wunderschönes Feriendomizil, tolle Gastgeber, herrliche Umgebung!

Drei Familien mit 10 Personen (4 Kinder zwischen 14 und 8) haben sich in einer wunderschönen Ferienvilla außerordentlich wohl gefühlt. Sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die bei Bedarf mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen. Eigentlich ein Geheimtipp, den man nur an gute Freunde weitergeben sollte! Für die Umgebung muss man mobil sein, aber die Tagesausflüge lohnen sich einfach! Wir kommen sicherlich zurück!

Wonderful Bavarian Home

The house is roomy and is well equipped with almost everything you will need. The setting is lovely, quiet and has nice views. Christine is so friendly and welcoming and very helpful . We really enjoyed our stay and we were all very comfortable and content. Also, it is close (within an hour or so) to many wonderful tourists sites. We loved it and would definitely stay again!!

Simply amazing!!!

We had the BEST TIME visiting with friends and family at Gute Rechetsberg! Christine and everyone around were so kind and welcoming. The rental property is exactly as the pictures indicate, but do not do the home justice. It is much more warm and relaxing than one could possibly imagine! It's beautifully decorated and has all you can possibly desire and/or need. The landscape is breathtaking and it truly is child and family friendly. They have made sure you can find anything that you need and are right next door should you require anythjng additional. By far, the best VRBO property we have stayed in and we've done it in the Dominican Republic, Italy, and Hawaii just to give you an idea of the frequency of travel and our experience with VRBO. We all loved it and hope to return next winter! No one can stop talking about it.

Traumhaftes Anwesen, äußerst ruhige Alleinlage mit Alpenblick

Wir waren mit 3 Ehepaaren für eine Woche in diesem herrlichen Gut bei noch dazu Bilderbuchwetter. Die Gutsherrin und auch der Verwalter sind sehr aufgeschlossen und immer hilfsbereit. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie in den Unterlagen angegeben war. Auch was die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Gaststätten betrifft konnten wir nicht klagen. Auto unbedingt erforderlich. Sehr gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten z.B. zum Staffelsee, zum hohen Peißenberg mit einer traumhaften Aussicht oder einem Stadtbummel durch Murnau sind empfehlenswert.

Fantastic holiday

Perfect house, perfect host, perfect surroundings. Could not have asked for anything better. None of us (4 adults 2 children) wanted to come home at the end of our two week stay. Loved it loved it loved it!!! Thank you Christine for letting us share you beautiful home, we will be back!

Waren er met 4 echtparen, wat een heerlijke ruimte in en om de woning.

Dat bergzicht was inderdaad helemaal geweldig. Wij zaten in de grote woning, geweldig wat een ruimte. Aan alles is gedacht, dit wordt ook duidelijk omschreven als je boekt. Omgeving: geweldig mooi als je van wandelen houdt, wij waren er om te golfen, genoeg golfbanen in de buurt op een afstand van 0.5 tot 1.00 uur. Zeker een aanrader.

Awesome European Vacation Place!!

This property is just as advertised. It was a perfect place for our small group of friends or if you have a large family. It is centrally located to be within about one hour of all the major attraction of Bavaria. It is a roomy four bedroom cottage with all the amenities you need. It is in the country but that adds to the charm and beauty of the experience. The landlord was very helpful both before the trip and during our stay, answering any questions and providing any assistance we needed. Very enjoyable vacation and great place to stay.

The property was great!! The owners were great!

We can not wait to go back. The description of the property was accurate - it was clean, well maintained, beautiful, perfect for our group of eight friends. There was privacy but plenty of room to be together. The owner was available and extremely helpful with information about the area, places to see, places to visit, etc. We would recommend this property to our friends and family. We hope to go back!!

Ferienidyll in einmaliger Lage

Ein absolut wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus, ringsum Wiesen, Wälder, Wanderwege...eine fast unglaubliche Stille und dann dieser herrliche Bergblick. Das Ferienchalet ist extrem sauber, sehr ordentlich, stilvoll möbliert, mit allem ausgestattet, großzügig geschnitten und luxuriös. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können Ihr Haus nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen, auch wenn wir insgeheim hoffen, dass Sie nicht von zu vielen Leuten entdeckt werden ;-) Sie sollten ein Geheimtipp bleiben!

Einfach nur genial!

Eine Ferienidylle wie im Bilderbuch. Die Weite der Landschaft - die Stille - die Atmosphäre - die Herzlichkeit von Frau Bogensberger und ihrem Team - das wunderschön eingerichtete top saubere Haus ließ uns den Alltag vergessen. Für uns gab es "null" Kritikpunkte und wir sind mit der Gewissheit nach Hause gefahren - da gehen wir wieder hin. Peter und Margit Glatten

Erholung pur!!!

Wir hatten uns nach mehreren Jahren Nordsee-Urlaub diesmal für Bayern entschieden und wurden nicht enttäuscht: Auf dem idyllisch gelegenen Gut Rechetsberg im Pfaffenwinkel haben wir uns von Anfang an rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Ferienhaus ist modern und stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz. Unseren Kids haben die vielen Spielgeräte (u.a. Trampolin, Schaukeln, Rutsche, Tischtennisplatte, Fussballtore) auf dem riesigen Gelände super viel Spaß gemacht und wurden ausgiebig genutzt. Durch die zentrale Lage waren Ausflugsziele wie Walchensee, Garmisch-Partenkirchen oder Bad Tölz gut und schnell zu erreichen. Besonders schön fanden wir die offene und nette Art von Frau Bogensberger und ihrem fleissigen Helfer nebst Hund ;-) Vielen Dank für die schöne, erholsame Zeit. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten uns spontan für eine Auszeit entschieden und unsere Suche fiel nach reichlicher Auswahl letztendlich auf das Gut Rechetsberg. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht!! Das Amiente rundherum ist traumhaft, herrlich ruhig, fern ab von Touristik und Umweltlärm und für unsere Erholung und Bedürfnisse perfekt. Die großzügige Unterkunft ist absolut luxuriös und sogar ich als Sauberkeitsfanatiker habe rein gar nichts zu beanstanden gehabt. Erwähnenswert ist auch die freundliche und zuverlässige Abwicklung rund um unsere Buchung gewesen. Zusammenfassend können wir alle sagen, dass wir uns in dieser Zeit bestens erholen konnten und auch wenn man die Sonne nicht hinzubuchen kann, schien sie für uns fortlaufend vom Himmel. Wir kommen wieder!

Just an Outstanding Property and Owner

This is everything it looks to be, beautiful, comfortable, really just a magic spot, no surprises, with a lovely, most helpful owner. Our family of six, with a 6 month old baby, was very, very happy here - we even had a little out-of-season snowfall one day. This property is very good value and a wonderful experience. Heerlijk vakantiehuis!

De woning is heel ruim en groot. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien! Keurig schoon en prachtig ingericht. Opgemaakte bedden, handdoeken, zeep, koffie, thee, alles staat klaar! De eigenaresse is heel aardig en sevicegericht. Zeker een aanbeveling! We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad! Bezoek in de buurt ook de Zugspitze in Garmisch Partenkirchen. Ook leuk, Legoland, Playmobilland, Zoutmijn, Dachau.

An Excellent choice in Bavaria

Renting a house overseas sight unseen can be a scary experience, but the owner of this house, Christine, made the process a breeze. She answered all of our questions promptly and everything was as described or better. We just completed a fantastic vacation with our entire family at this house. The house is great. The four bedrooms were all large, each with a very big bathroom. There is also an additional half bath on the main level. The living room, with an attached big bar area, and dining room also have lots of space. You can look out over the alps from most of the rooms, and there is also a pretty big deck out back. The house was spotless, and all the dishes/appliances/furnishing (indoor and out) were very nice. The wi-fi also worked well. The location is beautiful with a huge backyard that overlooks pastures and the alps. The immediate area is very rural and serene (the night skies are unbelievable); however, you are only 15 minutes from groceries and necessities. The house is nicely situated between Garmisch and Munich, both easy drives, so it makes a perfect base to travel from. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay and tour in Bavaria.

Beautiful Bavarian place!

We brought our family of 8 to stay for 5 days and 4 nights. My parents also arrived a day later and stayed with us for the rest of the visit. Although the pictures online looked great, we were pleasantly surprised upon our arrival. What a beautiful setting! The grounds and views are lovely. I was able to jog in the morning and had some beautiful routes to take. We brought our children, and they loved the tree swings, trampoline, and all of the open space to run around. Although the house is in a rural area, we were nicely located to reach the castles like Neuschwanstein and Linderhof, and beautiful cathedrals like the Wieskirche. At the same time, it is near larger cities; we made it to Munich in 40 minutes. Salzburg is a little further afield; that took us more like 2 hours. Still, it was the perfect location for a relaxing visit near many of the sites we wanted to see. The house itself was a nice surprise as well. We stayed in the 4 bed/4 bath house. It was very nicely appointed and updated while maintaining its traditional charm. It was also rather large, with about 2200 sq ft. Having a high ratio of baths to beds was also really nice when we were trying to get ready and out the door in the morning for a day of adventures. We were all very cozy in the house and felt right at home. Although it had been a long winter and not much was in bloom yet, it was nevertheless beautiful. I can only imagine how amazing it would be there during Spring, Winter, and Fall. Hopefully we'll be able to try that out some day!
