Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful week at Villa Neira. We enjoyed the view over the sea from the appartment and that everything you need can be reached within minutes by car. Dianas recommondation for lunch / dinner were great and Anja is very helpful during our stay.

Globalement bien, appartement propre et fonctionnel et grand merci à Anja pour son accueil et sa disponibilité, quelques remarques toutefois : Voiture obligatoirePlage à 500 m avec une pente à 20% de dénivelé très difficilement accessible.Photos anciennes qui ne correspondent pas à la réalité, en particulier sur la vue mer, immeuble en plein milieu..Barbecue extérieur sans réservation, c’est le premier qui arrive.Interdire les gonflables dans la piscine partagée…Et surtout du respect pour les autres…pas de drone de l’étage supérieur qui vienne vous filmer pendant que vous mangez…Cordialement

Urlaubstage auf Ciovo

Die Tage die unser erwachsene Enkel und wir in der Ferienwohnung verbringen durften war für uns sehr entspannend. Der Ausblick aufs Meer einmalig, besonders, da noch keine Hochsaison war und die benachbarten Ferienhäuser so gut wie nicht belegt waren. Die Tips bezüglich Restaurants, Strände usw. waren sehr gut. Top ist auch der Parkplatz direkt am Haus, da die Straßen doch sehr eng und steil sind. Villa Neira ist sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Lovely bright clean apartment. Ideal for a family week long visit to this beautiful part of Croatia. Quiet, relaxing with friendly neighbours. Would recommend a hire car. Loved the dogs!

Très sympa avec 2 bémols

Appart vaste et bien décoré, lits très confortables, belle piscine commune, vue mer et emplacement sympa Deux petits hics - l'unique salle de bain avec toilettes non séparés et accès difficile au lavabo car machine à laver qui prend trop d'espace. Pour une famille de 5 avec des adolescentes ce n'est vraiment pas top - les gardiennes de l'immeuble ainsi que certains clients avaient des chiens qui nous reviellaient tous les matins tôt par leurs aboiements très fournis, c'était très gênant

A wonderful place to holiday

We spent a week at Diana’s apartment on Ciovo. The apartment was great. . The pool and the lounging area is really lovely and we liked having our own dining terrace too. . Everyone was so friendly and helpful with check in and any questions. Ciovo is beautiful and there are lots of beaches to choose from. I’d definitely recommend a car - originally we had planned not to book one but changed our mind at the last minute and I’m very glad we did as it is quite a long walk to a shop. It also enabled us to explore the i island.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub mit einer tollen Gastgeberin

Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub mit sehr liebevollen Gastgebern. Die Vermieterin ist unglaublich nett, sie hat uns wie Familienmitglieder behandelt, ist uns aber nicht auf die Pelle gerückt. Zum Strand sind es wenige Gehminuten, einen steilen Berg hinunter. Die Umgebung ist sehr einladend, Trogir nur 10 Autominuten entfehrnt. Wir kommen sicher wieder und empfehlen es gerne weiter ...

Très beau séjour

Location très agréable, bien située au calme et pas très loin de belles plages ( petits galets) et de Trogir qui est une très belle ville. Le plus : la piscine et une Belle vue sur la mer . Location idéalement située pour visite une partie de la Croatie, des lacs de Plitvice au nord à Dubrovnik au sud, moyennement quelques heures de voiture mais tout à fait réalisable.

An amazing holiday

Perfect location away from the crowds. Apartment was spotless clean and acess direct to the pool was superb. Very very kind and good hearted host. Amazing views. Surely need a car to get around. Also thinking about coming back to Croatia soon. Adriatic sea is just wonderful.

Lovely holiday home in a beautiful area

We enjoyed our week in Okrug very much indeed in this comfortable flat with beautiful views close to a rocky beach with very few people around. The surrounding area is nice and peaceful, and the landlady was most friendly and welcoming. It should be noted that there are 3 flats in the property on different levels and not all with the same beautiful views shown on some of the photos. We had not realised this and ended up in the ground floor flat which of course does not enjoy the very best views. The wifi did not work during our stay, so bring your own 4G to be on the safe side.

Great family holiday

We had a great week. The owner was very friendly and helpful and the apartment was clean and comfortable with lovely Mediterranean views. We made a lot of use of the pool and relaxing in the garden and also enjoyed the beach which was a short attractive walk away. Boat hire was nearby too and we had a couple of days exploring bays and other islands. Snorkelling in the clear blue waters was amazing. Plenty of good eating places in the area. We particularly enjoyed the Pizzeria Just down the road.

What a fantastic place to stay!

We loved this place, so peaceful, great hosts and what a fab outdoor space, nice walk to shop, great local restaurants - will definitely go back to Croatia and would stay here again.

Wunderschönen Urlaub gehabt

Wunderschöne Wohnung genauso wie auf den Bildern. Sehr Sauber und gepflegte Wohnung , sowie Anlage. Wurden von Baldo und seiner Familie Herzlich empfangen , sowie auch betreut. Man kann ihn jederzeit ansprechen. Direkt hinter dem Haus der Pool, alles sehr sauber, sowie der Grillplatz . Zum Strand sind es ca.150 m , zwar ein steiler Weg aber dass ist ja in dieser Gegend üblich. Der Strand sehr sauber , man kann sich direkt am Strand auch Liegen ausleihen wenn man möchte . Unbedingt einen Ausflug in die wunderschöne Altstadt Trogir machen, sowie auch nach Split. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat es mehrere direkt vor Ort, oder ca 15 Autominunten kommt man zum Kaufland und Aldi. Wir haben vor nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen. Hatten einen sehr schönen ,erholsamen Urlaub. Danke nochmals an alle. Fam.Warwel ( Thorsten,Duska,Luis und David)

Super toller Urlaub in der Wohnung Neira

Wir waren zu acht für eine Woche im Mai in der Wohnung Neira. Alles war wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und vorher beschrieben. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und der Vermieter hat sich regelmäßig um die Reinigung gekümmert. Insgesamt ein total entspannter Vermieter, der uns sogar an einem Abend frischen Fisch gegrillt hat. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und der Ausblick von der Terrasse aufs Meer traumhaft. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ein Auto ist für die Umgebung empfehlenswert. Das Wetter war im Mai schon gut genug zum Baden. Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft, Julia, Alex, Paul, Marina, Andi, Philipp, Tobi & Theresa

Geräumige Wohnung mit schönem Meerblick

Gepflegte, gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung Neira im Erdgeschoss mit 3 Schlafzimmern. Die Umgebung besteht aus einer Siedlung neuer, moderner Häuser mit gepflegten Gärten (Oliven, Feigen Palmen, Granatäpfeln, Zitronen...). Die Straßen sind etwas eng, aber der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus ist ausreichend groß und leicht zu befahren. Zugang zum Strand über relativ steile (ca. 20%) Betonstraße in ca. 300 m Entfernung. Am Meer entlang dann sehr hübscher Weg durch Kiefernhäin mit schattigen Liegeplätzen. Badestrand mit relativ großen runden Kieseln (ohne Badeschuhe etwas unangenehm aber machbar). Betreuung bei kleineren Problemen (Ameisen) freundlich und schnell. Leider waren die angegebene Spülmaschine und die Massageduscharmatur nicht vorhanden. Zufahrtsweg über Trogir (2 Brücken) verkehrsmäßig oft überlastet. Regelmäßige Schiffsverbindung nach Trogir und Splitt möglich (wunderschön).

Traumhafter Meerblick

Sehr gute Ausstattung, sauber und gepflegt. Herrlicher Meerblick von der Terrasse. Eine der schönsten Badebuchten im Mittelmeerraum mit karibischem Flair bei der Konoba Duga.
