We absolutely LOVED this property!! The pictures don’t do it justice on how pretty it is inside! For a family of 5 this was a dream stay! We have zero complaints and can’t wait to come back and stay! The office attached to the master with a kitchen and tv was absolutely perfect!!

Well stocked home in a quiet neighborhood. Heated pool (in the community) was such a nice surprise and made the trip all that much better. The shed was well stocked with essentials for the beach as well. We will be back!

Great location, close to the beach and pool. House was well stocked and the beach chairs and floats available for use was a great bonus! Would definitely stay again in the future!

This house has everything you need. You are within walking distance to pool and the beach. Perfect for a family beach getaway.

Very nice stay

The house was just as described. We've stayed in Magnolia several times before and this was one of the nicer properties. It's location at the end of the side street made for a quiet setting, but it's still just a short walk to the beach access..

Great vacation home

Great location close to the beach. Although in a neighborhood, the home is on the end of the street and feels private with surrounding trees. The home is clean and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Enjoyed relaxing in the screened in back porch and the bikes were very useful!

Nice house and location

The house was nicely decorated and fully stocked with utensils. Short walk to the beach. I would stay here again . Only suggestion would be to offer instructions on which TV remote to use in the living room and a TV guide .

Great stay on 30A

My family and I had a great stay. There were some minor issues but they were resolved promptly. This was our 4th time staying in a magnolia house and we love the area. Andrea was very helpful and was quick to respond to any questions I had.

Great House in Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this nice house in a great location. It was just a five Minute walk to the beach! Everything was great! The house was clean and well supplied. The only surprise was a house was being built behind the property which did not show in the photos listed, otherwise great! We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The photos of the space are accurate. Mattresses, Towels and linens of good quality. Kitchen was well stocked with new/good condition items. Great communication with the rental agency. We especially appreciated the shed stocked with beach chairs, cart, toys.

Great place and location

I took my crew of 7 here for the week. There was amply room for all of us. The house itself is gorgeous and the pictures are very accurate. Lots of thoughtful amenities and touches. The beach is a 10 minute walk from the house and is beautiful. The communication with the owner was quick and easy. I would recommend this property and leave with many happy memories.

Beautiful and well appointed house & very close walk to beach

2nd time we have stayed at this house. It is absolutely beautiful - well decorated and has EVERYTHING you could need on vacation. Very close walk to the beach and heated pool is close as well. The outside shed contains chairs, cooler, boogie boards, toys, etc. Located on the end of the small street so very private. Highly recommend! We will be back again soon.

Great location and quiet

Great stay. This neighborhood is quiet and close to the beach and the property includes everything you need so you don’t have to pack it. Multiple beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, carts, and toys. Note, the master is upstairs and the bunk room is downstairs along with the guest room. Not a big deal but could be for some.

Awesome - Clean - Great Pool

This house was awesome. Only stayed one night. Manager was awesome to work with. House was 1000% clean - very cozy. Pool was short walking distance. The beach access was not the best as their was construction going on. Easy walk. Would 1000% stay again. Thanks!

HAD A GREAT TIME

REALLY ENJOYED THE LOCATION AND LAYOUT OF THE PROPERTY. THE HOUSE WAS VERY CLEAN, WELL STOCKED AND WELL APPOINTED. WE WOULD RENT THE HOME AGAIN. ONLY ONE WISH... IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE BIKES INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL OR THE DETAILS AS TO WHERE TO RENT THE BIKES

Wonderful Time

Beautiful house. Everything as shown in listing. There is construction behind the house, but it did not bother us at all. The management company was most excellent and we have stayed in this neighborhood several times over the past 7 years. The house is great but the management company is what makes or breaks your stay and this was easy and smooth and everything was well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked. Beach toys were there and more. Would definitely book again at this property with this company with zero worries.

Everything you could possibly need !

This beach home had EVERYTHING you could possibly need it really was a home away from home. The neighborhood is fantastic with a awesome pool and only 6 minute walk to the beach! The whole area is great and The Hub is a very short drive down 30A. I loved the fact that the house was at the end of the road so a little bit more private in some way. Eric the manager even noticed I had a bald spot on my car’s tire which was a blessing in disguise with a 4hr drive back home!! The owner and manager were both very prompt at responding to any questions I had. If the opportunity should present itself I will most certainly be back :)
