Villa Medici - Der Kleine Bernstein

Just 70 meters from Ahlbeck Beach and only a few steps from the historic pier lies the apartment “Der kleine Bernstein in der Villa Medici”—quiet, close to the beach, and, at 45 square meters, just the right size for two adults and a toddler.



The heart of the apartment is the light-filled living area with a cozy two-seater sofa, an ottoman, and a smart TV, which flows seamlessly into the dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette—featuring a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. For our youngest guests, a travel crib and a high chair are available upon request for an additional fee.



The bedroom, featuring a large double bed and a wardrobe, ensures restful nights, while the modern bathroom—with a walk-in shower, heated floors, and a towel warmer—provides comfort around the clock. A spacious storage room offers welcome space for luggage and vacation gear. The best way to wind down in the evening is on the balcony with its patio furniture—a quiet retreat in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the seaside resort.



Free Wi-Fi, a parking space on the property (please note: the parking space is narrow—please plan ahead if you have a large vehicle), and a washing machine in the apartment round out the amenities. Dogs are also welcome.



The house itself is an architectural gem: Villa Medici was built at the turn of the century in the seaside resort architectural style, designated a historic landmark in 2006, and carefully adapted to the present day through extensive renovations—the restored Art Nouveau elements continue to give the house its unmistakable character to this day.
