Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 3 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Bathroom, double hand-basin. Electric heating. Terrace 30 m2. Facilities: iron. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
