This comfortable apartment is located in the best and quiet south-facing position and offers a wonderful view of nature. The ski lift carousel is a 10-minute walk away and the center of Winterberg is a 10-minute walk away. Countless hiking trails start right on the doorstep.
A total of approx. 76 m² of living space is distributed over a spacious hall, a bathroom with shower / toilet / washbasin, a living-dining room with integrated kitchen and direct access to the first balcony, and a bedroom with double bed and bunk bed with direct access to the second balcony. There are two comfortable beds in the living-dining room for the 5th and 6th person.
The balconies face south and are equipped with garden furniture in the summer months.
In the house there is a cellar belonging to the apartment as a ski storage room and a laundry room with coin-operated devices (washing machine / dryer).
A single garage belongs to this beautiful apartment.
