Our stay at this condo was amazing. The location was perfect for our needs, close to town and many walking/hiking/biking trails.The property was clean, quiet and well stocked with amenities.Communications with Keri were great.We would highly recommend for a quiet stay in North Tahoe.

Perfect condo for a lake trip. We were pleasantly impressed with how well the property was laid out. It’s not big, but has everything you need for small family (we’re a family of 4) or 2 couples. Really appreciated how clean and taken care of the house was. Host was very helpful and promptly responded to questions. Would definitely come again!

This location was perfect for our trip; the space is so accommodating! Such a gorgeous spot and we enjoyed the modern feel and look of the interior design. Our host, Keri was so sweet and kind throughout the entire process. We felt right at home, the trees are breathtaking and the Villa area is quiet and peaceful, ideal environment for little walks or some meditation on the balcony. Highly recommend!! Multi-level unit for privacy amongst family members, that was nice! Very comfortable and clean! Literally spotless! Felt like we were in a luxury environment with still that cabin feel, wonderful - will book again!

We booked this place for the 4th of July weekend, and all was perfect. The price was super reasonable, especially for a very busy holiday weekend. The inside of the condo looks brand new, is extremely clean, and well-decorated, with all amenities provided. There are 3 full bedrooms plus a loft, which added an extra space for our teens to hang out. The owner was very responsive and checked in with us before and during our stay to see how everything was going and whether we needed anything extra. I have rented many places throughout Tahoe, and this one was one of the nicest, and the customer service was perfect. Highly recommend!

We came for a very short visit and just enjoyed relaxing. The property is beautiful and completely updated, very comfortable for everyone. Great location we could go into Tahoe City or north to Carnelian Bay. Kari was quick to respond to any questions I had and the house rules were clear and concise. I would love to come again and would recommend to anyone.
