Location: The new holiday home is located on the outskirts of Camaiore in a quiet location.
The detached holiday home is surrounded by a beautiful and well-kept garden. The fenced garden is fantastic, with an outdoor kitchen and pergola. You can park your car safely under the carport. The holiday home also offers (via an outside staircase) a sun terrace on the roof, ideal for lingering and enjoying the panorama. The nearest restaurant and shops are approx. 1 km away. An electric gate opens to access the property. The sandy beach is approx. 7 km away. Wifi available, SAT-TV
Facilities: A living area of approx. 120 m² offers enough space for 6 people to feel very comfortable. In the attractive rooms of this cosy holiday home you can prepare your tarummenú in the beautiful kitchen or enjoy a read in the comfortable living room.
It is suitable for a holiday at any time of year and, with its bright rooms and beautiful furnishings, ensures that you and your family feel completely at ease. In summer it is pleasantly cool thanks to the air conditioning, and in the cooler months you can spend pleasant evenings by the fireplace. Ground floor: Large living room with cosy furnishings, kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, microwave, seating area with table. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Bathroom with shower. Access to the garden. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed and 1 with French bed.
