Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Throw your trash at the dumpster outside. Code for the dumpster is provided in the kitchen . NO PETS allowed. Pls do not eat in the couch. We have designated place for you to eat.
Pls all the appliances are new so if your not sure how to use it, manuals will be available just look for it in any of the drawers We want you to be in a clean place so we expect the same way.
No Smoking or Drugs: Smoking or vaping of any kind, including marijuana, is strictly prohibited on the property. Illegal drugs are also prohibited.
