Outside, your 1 acre yard offers endless room for outdoor games, while a quick drive up the road brings you to the local General Store (stocked with ice cream by the scoop, sure to have your favorite flavor!) and the charming Palmer House restaurant. The real highlight of your stay is the seamless, year-round access to Briggs, Julia, and Rush Lakes right from your backyard. There is a public access point so bring along your boat and favorite water toys. You'll have 2 dock spaces with bumpers ready for you and an outlet to charge batteries on shore. Or cast a line into one of Briggs Lake’s prime fishing spots right from your private dock! We also provide two complimentary kayaks, two paddle boards and a pedal boat to help you explore the water.
