Supermarket 4.5 km, restaurant 800 m, bicycle rental 4.5 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Koblenz HBF" 11 km, park "Kurpark" 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km, thermal baths "Bad Ems" 10 km. Golf course (18 hole) 16 km, tennis 800 m, minigolf 6 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 50 m, children's playground 700 m. Nearby attractions: Burg Lahneck 3 km, Marksburg 7 km, Deutsches Eck mit Seilbahn in Koblenz 10 km, Schloss Stolzenfels 13 km.
