Your private outdoor area includes a covered terrace that offers spectacular sea views and a balcony. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool (open from June until mid-September), a garden, a children's pool, and an outdoor shower. A shared tennis court is also available.

The property is located on the beachfront, just 15 m from the sea. The area is ideal for snorkeling, bicycling, and practicing water sports. A selection of restaurants and shops can be found nearby.
