Beautiful ground-floor holiday apartment in a historic building (built in 1899) in the old village centre. What awaits you: a large terrace, ground-level access, a parking space, a large, cosy kitchen, a wheelchair-accessible bathroom, a flat-screen TV, a dishwasher, and much more. Welcome to our holiday rental “Atelier 7.” This beautiful apartment is located in the old village centre in a historic house (built in 1899) with a barn that houses an artist’s studio and two residential units. It sleeps 4 people and is located on the ground floor; it features a lovely, large terrace with a small garden and level access. A parking space is available. Dogs are welcome.
The apartment is very bright and quiet, featuring a large, cosy kitchen and a living room with a sleeper sofa (140x200 cm). The bathroom is wheelchair-accessible, and the entrance is barrier-free. The bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm). The apartment is furnished with care and artistic flair and includes Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a refrigerator, an oven, and a stove.
Free Wi-Fi is available. Bed linens and towels are included in the rental price.
Enjoy your stay! Klüsserath is an old and quaint wine-growing village on the beautiful Moselle; here you’ll find several wine taverns, a pizzeria, a bakery, and a butcher shop. The nearest supermarket is located in the neighbouring village. The village lies along the Moselsteig hiking trail, the Mosel Cycle Route, and the Way of St. James. You don’t need a car and can explore the area wonderfully on foot. Trier and Luxembourg are not far away and just as charming as the many other small Moselle villages with their narrow streets and vineyards.
