The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for use are: sunshade, deck chair, garden shower, and terrace.

Njivice, district of Rosulje, 300 m ASL. The holiday flat is located in a residence, on an enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees. The flat is on the first floor of a villa with a swimming pool. Phenomenal view. Access is via a (asphalted) road. Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to mid-September, can be heated, 2 m x 8 m, 1.5 m deep).
