Charming cottage with sea view, garden and communal pool

Furnished in cottage style, the small, cosy holiday home La Figue is located in a large, private residential complex. Directly behind the house, there is an unobstructed view of the sea and an oleander field. Guests can park their car in the private parking space in front of the house. The residential complex is only accessible via two secure driveways.

On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a shower room and on the lower floor there is the living area with 2 foldaway beds, a separate dining area with access to the terrace and the garden, as well as the kitchen and another shower room. All rooms are air-conditioned. The house is only available to guests in the summer months.

There is a large 80-foot communal pool in the residential complex, as well as a tennis court for guests to use. The sea is only a 5-minute walk away.

Agay is home to some very sophisticated French restaurants. Give your palate a treat here by spoiling it with some delicious Mediterranean specialities! In the immediate vicinity, active guests will find several diverse golf courses and many sports facilities.

From Agay, you can embark upon numerous excursions into the hinterland, such as to the Gorge du Verdon. It also boasts a reliable, direct rail connection to the cities of Cannes or Nice.
