A laundry room is also located on this level and provides a full-size washer and dryer along with extra storage space.

Outside, the home offers huge porches on each level facing the ocean. The lower porch is fully covered and offers access to the ground level and the beach. A pair of captains chairs provide an excellent spot for watching the waves or family on the beach. The upper level porch has no exterior stairs, so you can relax as toddlers or fur-babies burn off extra energy within this enclosed space. This level is partially covered, offering your choice of shade or sun as well as excellent stargazing. A round Polywood picnic table seats at least eight, and additional captains chairs with bistro tables and a pair of lower Adirondack rockers beckon you to sit and enjoy quiet conversation as you watch the waves with a drink in hand.

Below the home, a classic wooden dining table provides another shady spot for dining alfresco. An enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water is also located here, a favorite amenity among experienced beachgoers. The double paved driveway provides plenty of parking, and an additional vehicle or two can pull under the home.

Situated in easy walking distance of Middleton Park, this prime location offers quick and easy access to Oak Island’s free seasonal splash pad along with an accessible playground, pickleball and basketball courts and more. The outdoor amphitheater hosts regular seasonal concerts, occasional craft shows and the Artisan and Farmer’s Market is a fun experience on Monday mornings from late spring through early fall.
