Hi there! We are really happy you found us. This one-bedroom loft is a space we have put genuine care into, and we love welcoming guests who want a comfortable, well-located home base in St. Louis. Whether you are here for the weekend, a work trip, or just a change of scenery, we hope it feels like exactly where you are supposed to be.

THE SPACE

The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, the kitchen has everything you need, and the living area gives you the kind of breathing room that makes a trip feel easy rather than cramped. The in-unit washer and dryer is a small detail that makes a big difference, especially if you are staying for more than a few nights.

Check-in is through a smart lock, so you can head straight from the airport or wherever the day takes you, no waiting around needed.

To help keep the building safe and provide a great experience for all guests, we are unable to accept reservations from guests who reside within 50 miles of the property. Reservations that do not comply with this local booking policy may be canceled at our discretion, and we reserve the right to cancel any reservation that violates these requirements.

From time to time, Building Management may conduct scheduled maintenance, inspections, or servicing of shared amenities and common areas. As a result, certain amenities may be temporarily unavailable during your stay.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

We are on Washington Avenue in downtown St. Louis, so everything is close. Great food, local spots, and the city`s best attractions are all within easy reach. We love this neighborhood and think you will too.

YOUR ACCESS

The loft is all yours. You will have private self check-in via smart lock, and full access to all building amenities for the duration of your stay. We are always reachable by message and happy to help with anything that comes up.

To help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for our guests and the building community, we are unable to accept reservations from guests who reside within 50 miles of the property.

Reservations that do not comply with this policy may be canceled at our discretion. We also reserve the right to cancel reservations that violate applicable property or booking requirements.

- Additional units may be available in the building for alternate dates
- ID Verification: Guests must provide a copy of a government-issued ID. A background check is also required prior to check-in approval. In the event of a failed background check, the reservation will be cancelled and fully refunded
- No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the property
- No parties or large gatherings of any kind
- A noise-monitoring device is installed in the unit to track decibel levels and ensure a peaceful environment for residents and guests. It does not record audio
- A Blink doorbell camera is installed at the exterior entrance. It records video of the entry area only and is used for property security and to verify arrivals. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the unit
- Guests are responsible for replenishing consumables once the initial supply is used
