The building is situated on a side street, just a few steps from the Kurplatz and the pedestrian zone. This 3-room apartment, measuring approximately 51 square meters, is located on the third floor and is accessible without steps, as an elevator is available. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, and groups are also welcome.

The apartment features a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, an open-concept kitchen with a dining table (seating up to 4 people), and a bathroom with a shower, a towel warmer, and heated floors. There are also a total of three TV sets. The apartment has a small balcony overlooking a landscaped courtyard. A washing machine and dryer are available in the shared basement for a fee. Bicycles can be parked in front of the building. The beach is only about 700 meters away, making it just a few minutes’ walk. Dogs are not allowed in this apartment. Restaurants, cafés, and other shopping options are within a few minutes’ walk.
