The holiday home, built in 2022 and renovated in 2022, is a semi-detached house and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a lively area, in a residential district, on the outskirts of the town. For exclusive use are available: sun lounger and barbecue facilities.

Location
Kremenići, district Kremenići. The holiday home is located on a 140 sqm enclosed plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (can be heated, 3 m x 6 m, 1.4 m deep).
