Casa Clara is a beautiful holiday home in a rural style, built in 2015 and located in Kaštelir, only 8 km from the sea and 350 m from the town center. Near the house there is a shop, restaurant, pizzeria, ATM and other facilities. The house has its own partially fenced yard of approx. 1,000 m² with a landscaped lawn, swimming pool and jacuzzi, surrounded by an olive grove, as well as a barbecue and parking for 2 vehicles.
Casa Clara offers accommodation for 8 persons with an area of ​​164 m2 on two floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, a partially separate living room with an exit to a nice covered terrace with a dining table, one bedroom with two separate beds and a shower/toilet, and a separate toilet. On the first floor of the house there are: one spacious double room with access to a balcony with a wonderful panoramic view of the sea, a bathroom with a shower and a massage tub, one smaller room with a single bed, and one triple room with its own bathroom with a shower /wc.
