Kaiserhof 1.12 - Norderney

The "Kaiserhof 1.12" vacation rental is a one-room apartment located on the first floor of the "Kaiserhof" apartment building. The apartment offers a direct view of the sea (balcony). It was renovated and modernized in early 2023. The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people.

The apartment is equipped with two separate fold-out beds, each measuring 90x200 cm. The fold-out beds, which can be neatly stowed away during the day, ensure plenty of space to move around inside the apartment. The entryway, which also serves as a hallway and kitchen, has been completely renovated and equipped with a full-sized built-in kitchen. The apartment’s bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, and a sink. In the “Kaiserhof” apartment building, residents have access to a washing machine and a dryer (for a fee, operable via app). There is also a sauna available, which can be used by inserting coins. Please note that the swimming pool is closed due to a technical malfunction. Bicycles can be parked in front of the building on the lake side. Dogs are not allowed in this apartment.

The in-house sauna will be unavailable until approximately spring 2027, possibly longer.
